Throughout her career, Ellen has been associated with various organizations, having served as Co-Founder & CRO at Morsel Labs, LLC, held positions in Strategic Marketing, Digital Marketing, & Community Development at Ellen Malloy Consulting, LLC, founded and led Restaurant Intelligence Agency and Paperclip, inc., and worked as a Sales Manager at the Lyric Opera of Chicago.
