Jesse Ragan
Typeface Designer at XYZ Type
Jesse Ragan is a typeface designer and co-founder of XYZ Type, an independent digital foundry he launched with Ben Kiel in 2017.12 He designs a broad range of typefaces and specializes in customizing lettering for logotypes.3
Ragan studied graphic design at Rhode Island School of Design and began his career interning at Font Bureau before working at Hoefler & Frere-Jones.3 He then ran his own practice for a decade before co-founding XYZ Type.2
