We speak to sales teams all the time, and there’s one thing nearly all of them struggle with.
It’s not knowledge or skill.
It’s consistency.
More often than not, they’re pretty familiar with what the best sales reps are doing.
For example, we can say to them:
“It makes sense to follow-up if you don’t hear from a prospect, right?”
And they understand how signal-led selling works.
It’s a no-brainer. Of course it makes sense!
What’s holding them back is execution.
How do they scale that tactic?
And how do they scale this tactic alongside all the other tactics they have in play?
The reason this matters is that more and more reps are missing quota.
A report from Salesroom found that 75% of sellers don’t follow a consistent methodology.
The same rep said 72% of sellers said AI would improve their consistency.
Imagine if every rep could put everything "they know works" on autopilot...
➡ they'd become more consistent in their strategy
➡ more persistent with their opportunities
➡ and the results from all of their plays would quickly compound.
AI is the key 🙂
