Joel Alexander Ninan is a graduate student pursuing a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Victoria. His aspiration is to become an inventor and create products that enhance people's lives, regardless of their scale or complexity.

Joel's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Manipal Academy of Higher Education. His educational journey reflects his diverse interests in engineering disciplines.

Throughout his professional career, Joel has gained valuable experience in various roles. He has served as a Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at the University of Victoria. Additionally, he has worked as a Senior Specialist in Academic Products (R&D) at K12 Techno Services Pvt. Ltd. and as an Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering Intern at Randall Aerodynamic Engineering LLC.

Joel's practical experience extends beyond engineering; he has also worked as a Cashier & Expo Cook at Park Student Union and as a Rush Cashier Sales Associate at the University of Arizona BookStores. Furthermore, his involvement as a Guidance, Navigation, and Controls Engineer for a Senior Design Project at Hydronalix showcases his versatile skill set.

As a former President & Co-Founder of RADIO ICAS at Manipal Academy of Higher Education, Joel has demonstrated leadership and entrepreneurial spirit. With a blend of academic knowledge and hands-on experience, Joel Alexander Ninan is poised to make significant contributions in the field of engineering and innovation.
