Kimmo Laukkanen, also known as FORMIN, is a distinguished Finnish Diplomat with a career spanning over two decades, focusing on multilateral issues, trade and development, particularly in Africa.

In addition to his diplomatic endeavors, Laukkanen is the owner of 'Timbuktun takana,' a coffee importing and retail business that specializes in high-quality beans from Ivory Coast, Kenya, and Rwanda, offering a unique African coffee experience.

He is the author of 'Timbuktun takana: African Urbanization before Colonization,' a book that delves into African urbanization history, published in 2003.
