Laura Dell, EdD, is an innovative leader with a wide-ranging background in management and content development across various sectors including higher education, park boards, libraries, museums, zoos, and public television. With a Doctor of Education (EdD) in Curriculum & Instruction - Nature Education from the University of Cincinnati, Laura combines executive-level leadership with creative design skills and practical teaching knowledge. Her expertise spans program development, student advising, marketing, recruitment, instructional design, online learning, and project management.

Throughout her career, Laura has held key roles such as Associate Professor and Special Assistant to the Graduate College at the University of Cincinnati, where she also served as Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Associate Director for eLearning. Her experience extends to overseeing staff development, collaborative partnerships, conflict resolution, and synchronous & asynchronous eLearning.

Laura's educational journey includes a Master of Education (MEd) in Educational Foundations from the University of Cincinnati, a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Zoology and Theatre from Ohio Wesleyan University, and a High School Diploma from Ursuline Academy in Cincinnati.

Notable positions in Laura's career include being an Academic Director at the University of Cincinnati, Programs & Exhibits Coordinator at the Public Library of Cincinnati and Hamilton County, Projects Manager at WCET-TV, Science Coordinator at the Children's Museum within the Cincinnati Museum Center, and Natural Sciences Manager at the Orlando Science Center.
