Marcus Gardiner is a versatile professional with a keen interest in leveraging technology to address business challenges. With a background in Economics and Consulting, including a stint at Deloitte specializing in Data & Analytics projects across various continents, Marcus eventually transitioned into coding and mental health advocacy. He won a coding competition to attend Makers Academy and received funding for researching Digital Solutions for Mental Healthcare through the Winston Churchill Trust. This led to the publication and presentation of his research findings, including engagements with Prince William and presentations at esteemed institutions like the Royal Society of Medicine. Currently, Marcus serves as a Software Developer, Delivery Lead, and People Development Lead at Softwire, contributing his skills across multiple domains.
