Maxine co-founded Flip Learning with a focus on modern, human-centered approaches to learning and change, leveraging her expertise in change management, organizational learning, facilitation, executive coaching, and more.

Her educational background includes a Master of Science in Organizational Development from Pepperdine University, a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University, and additional certificates in Project Management and Commerce from York University and the University of Alberta, respectively.
