Namiko has been recognized for her outstanding achievements, including being awarded the Nikkei Woman of the Year in 2010 at a young age and receiving prestigious accolades such as the 2009 Kirin Award, Grand Prix in Nikkei Superior Products and Services Awards, Grand Prix in TVCM of beverage division at Dentsu Award, and Grand Prix of total marketing at ACC CM Festival.

She has a wealth of experience in various markets such as the US, China, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, and Japan. Namiko's areas of expertise include new product and business development, brand marketing, design thinking, consumer behavior, corporate transformation, go-to-market strategy, international expansion, and operations.

Namiko pursued her education at prestigious institutions, obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Kobe University.
