Oscar Malaspina is an Experienced Designer & Researcher recognized for his work in accelerating and amplifying the positive impact of creative ideas worldwide.

He holds a master's degree with distinction from the Harvard Graduate School of Design (GSD) and is a professional architect.

Oscar's expertise encompasses research and design thinking in various areas such as customer experience, market research, venture building, business innovation, cultural transformation, and digital product design.

Currently, he serves as the Associate Strategy Director at frog, a renowned global design and strategy firm.

In the past, Oscar has held significant roles including strategic advisor to the Vice Minister of Housing and Urbanism in Peru, lecturer at UTEC University, and research thesis advisor at the School of Architecture of PUCP.

Oscar Malaspina was also a founding member of La Victoria Lab, an Innovation lab aimed at creating new services for Peruvian middle-class families, in collaboration with IDEO and Intercorp.

His educational background includes studying Urban Design at Harvard University Graduate School of Design and Architecture at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.

Throughout his career, Oscar has been involved with various organizations, including roles such as Partner & Board Member at Escuela R, Innovation and Strategic Design Consultant, Mentor at UNDP's Digital X Acceleration Program, and Strategic Advisor at Lima 2035.

He has also contributed to projects at prestigious institutions like The World Bank, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and Harvard University Graduate School of Design.
