Very excited to announce the launch of my new and improved website for TASTE Food: The Automated Scope 3 tool for Tracking Emissions from Food which I developed during my Masters degree and continue to work on. It is so important to start measuring and tracking emissions from Scope 3 categories to start the process of mitigating these emissions and this tool overcomes hurdles associated with categorizing food purchases into categories for which emissions factors exist. I'm very excited to continue to improve the tool and several partnerships with international and national organizations are in the pipeline to get more people aware of and using this tool to start thinking about food purchasing emissions! https://lnkd.in/g_-fwcYE #food #scope3 #scope3emissions #emissionsreduction
So excited to announce my master's thesis has been accepted and can now be read here: https://lnkd.in/gjyDxhzv ! Take a look if you're interested in Scope 3 emissions, emissions from purchased food, and/or tools to categorize food such that emissions can be estimated! Now on to start my Ph.D.!
