With a passion for teaching, Rob has dedicated 10 years to educating students in Culinary Arts at both the High School and College levels.

Additionally, Rob has honed his skills in cake making and decorating for the past 21 years, showcasing his creativity and attention to detail.

Rob holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Studies with a focus on Culinary Management from State University of New York Empire State College.

He has also studied Culinary Arts at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America and Food Service Management at Villa Maria College.

Throughout his career, Rob has contributed his expertise as a Technical Assistant at Erie Community College and as a former Culinary Arts Instructor at the same institution.

His entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish 'Cakes by Rob' where he specialized in All Occasion Cakes and Catering, further demonstrating his versatility in the culinary field.

Moreover, Rob has experience as a Sous Chef at Brookfield Country Club, showcasing his leadership and culinary skills in a high-end dining setting.
