Rodrigo Santibanez-Palominos is a highly accomplished individual with a strong educational background and diverse experience in engineering sciences and biotechnology.

He holds a PhD in Engineering Sciences with a focus on Chemical Engineering and Bioprocesses from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Additionally, he has a Licentiate in Biotechnology Molecular from Universidad de Chile.

Throughout his career, Rodrigo has been involved in modeling complex biological and biochemical systems, showcasing his expertise in this field.

He is an active member of the scientific community, displaying enthusiasm for projects related to synthetic biology. He is particularly engaged on platforms like GitHub and SynBio, where he contributes to the development of Rule-Based Modeling, including the creation of pleiades.

Rodrigo has held significant roles in various prestigious organizations including being a Postdoctoral Fellow at UC San Diego, an Asistente de investigación at Universidad Mayor, a Research Assistant at Network Biology Lab, and an Estudiante de Doctorado at Computational Biology Lab (Dlab). Moreover, he was a Socio fundador at Red Loasa SpA.
