I’m proud to announce I have accepted a new role at Verizon as the Assoc. Vice President of Digital Customer Experience within our #VerizonCXO organization.  The mission? Create a meaningful, seamless digital experience for our customers.  What I told my mom? “I help make Verizon’s customers happier”

My primary motivation to get out of bed in the morning (besides letting the dogs outside) is…coffee.

My second biggest motivator is being helpful and useful.

This role allows me to be both, and provides the opportunity to:

Build the best digital experiences to expand customer convenience, to help maximize the value of plans and products Lead a fantastic collection of talented people that are navigating vast changes across team, company and industry Get back to my roots - my very first role was in digital strategy/UX/data/etc (it was a small company and we wore many hats)

This move happened a few months ago, and I miss my old crew.  We built an amazing team; one of the best in the business with multiple years of YoY growth unlike anything I’d seen before.  I am so proud of the work we did together.  Rob Pavacic, Brian Griffin, Zuzanna Zajdel-Kounin, Chris Auman, Lauren A., Teresa Chung- I learned so much from each of you.  Continue to push and break new ground. Karyn Johnson & Christa Palazzo - you are fantastic partners.  Come over to building 5 sometime and I’ll spring for Dunkin.

I am particularly grateful to Brian Higgins and Chris Paul for trusting me with this responsibility.  The first few months have been exciting, stressful and incredibly humbling - I am so impressed by the passion, integrity and dedication you, and the rest of the CXO leadership bring each and every day.  It’s a lot to live up to and I love the challenge.

Many words will be written and none of it will matter. I'm convinced that this is a dork version of John Wick. Someone at Twitter killed Elon's puppy and now he's taking revenge by burning it all the to ground.
