Amazing job opportunity alert 🚨

A company I advise is looking for a VP Sales to build out their enterprise sales motion and go to market. It’s a well capitalized Series B startup with strong PMF and a massive, growing open source developer community.

The founders are incredible, have a strong technical background, and are a pleasure to work with. They’re looking for a true partner to help them build the business and take it to the next level.

Message me if you want more information 🙏

Wow, Endgame just wrapped the first ever Product-led Sales Summit with some of the best thought leaders from some of the fastest growing companies in the world 🙌

A few of my favorite takeaways from today:

I’ve always been a fan of Cameron Deatsch (some say we could be twins) and I respect the rigor he brings to Atlassian's GTM strategy. His zen in running a $3B business is enviable: "If they need a hammer, sell them a hammer" and "it's all about the math, work backward from constraints."

Sahir Azam shared how MongoDB worked cross-functionally to build a bottoms-up juggernaut that's growing faster than their first enterprise software product.

Kate Ahlering talked about how selling to buyers is different than selling to users, and helped shape my definition of product-led sales.

And many more. A huge thank you to all our speakers and moderators who joined us today: Cameron Deatsch, Jesus Requena, Sahir Azam, Kate Ahlering, Jonathan Krangel, Olivia Nottebohm, among others.

Looking forward to the next one!
